设计描述：作为私人依地而建的五层公寓大楼，整个建筑的西东墙体与其旁的建筑连为一体，因此唯一的开放窗口仅位于建筑的南北面，户主的楼层为一楼和二楼。为了能够让室内拥有足够的光照和通风条件，设计师将朝南的窗户面积特别加大，设置了连体窗；另外在北方考虑到通风需求，也设置了面积较小的窗口。另外考虑到整个平面中央将会有光线稀少的问题，故意在房间隔墙上设计透明元素，保证光线的充足。整体室内的设计风格偏向安静，朴实及规正，因此选用了大理石、木材、金属等元素，并且在颜色搭配上选用了冷色，除了二楼房间门的艳色。整体空间呈现北欧风格。

Descrizione: la casa si trova al primo e secondo piano di un appartamento costruito da privati caratterizzati da muri di tamponamento ovest ed est condivisi con altri appartamenti ai fianchi. Di conseguenza le facciate aperte all’estero sono soltanto a nord e sud. Per poter garantire minimo requisito di luce naturale e ventilazione, il progettista ha ingrandito appositamente l’area di finestra rivolta verso sud: portafinestra; mentre a nord si è preferito usare finestre di modesta dimensione per rispettare le condizioni di ventilazione. Inoltre per equilibrare il problema della scarsa illuminazione della zona centrale, si è pensato di integrare elementi trasparenti nelle pareti divisorie. L’intero ambiente è stato progettato con stile semplice e razionale. Abbiamo usato materiali quali marmo, laminato e metalli, sulla scelta del colore abbiamo preferito le tonalità fredde ad eccezione delle porte. Il design richiama stile scandinavo.

Description: As a flat with five floors constructed by private owners, the whole building’s west and east wall are attached with other building. For this reason the unique connection with outside is located in south and north face, and my customer lives in the first and second floor. In order to ensure the right lighting as well as ventilation condition, the designer enlarged the area of windows: french window; furthermore on the north side, considering the need of ventilation, the designer set new windows with modest area. Moreover, because of the stretched shape of the house which could obstruct the entering of light in the middle of floor, the designer also introduced transparent element in the partition walls. the house’s interior style appears silent, sober and rational, that’s why we choose materials like marble, plywood, metal and cool colors, except door’s color. The space recalls scandinavian feel.
